  2. Artist Assignment: After placing your order, we will carefully review your requirements and assign an artist who best fits your needs. We take into consideration their style, expertise, and experience to ensure a perfect match. All communication throughout the design process will be conducted via email, ensuring clear and efficient correspondence.

  3. Initial Sketch or Direct Design Delivery: Your appointed artist will begin working on your design. Depending on the complexity of your idea and the level of detail provided, they may deliver an initial sketch to ensure they are heading in the right direction. However, if your explanation was detailed and clear, the artist may deliver the design directly. Rest assured, you have unlimited revisions, and we work on your design until you are completely satisfied.

  4. Feedback and Revisions: Once you receive the initial design, carefully review it and provide your feedback within 72 hours. Your input is crucial within this timeframe, as it allows us to make any necessary revisions to better align the design with your vision. We encourage open and honest communication to ensure we create the perfect tattoo design for you.

    Please note that if we do not receive your feedback within the 72-hour timeframe, we will consider the design as final and proceed accordingly. This means that further revisions will not be possible beyond this point. 

  5. Timelines and Completion: The duration of the design process may vary based on several factors. These include the complexity and size of the design, whether it involves color or intricate details such as realistic shading, and the availability of the assigned artist. As artists may be managing multiple projects, their schedule can influence the timeline. While there is no fixed delivery time, on average, designs are completed between 4 to 9 days. Larger and more intricate designs may take up to a month.
