Refunds for custom tattoo design services are only available if requested before an artist is assigned to your project. Once an artist has been assigned and has allocated time in their schedule, the refund option becomes unavailable.

We provide unlimited revisions to our clients, as we believe in working closely with you to ensure complete satisfaction. Our team of talented artists will make every effort to incorporate your feedback and make necessary adjustments until the design meets your expectations.

Refund Process:

If you wish to request a refund, you must do so before an artist is assigned to your project. Please contact our customer support team via email to initiate the refund process.

Upon receiving the refund request, we will review it and confirm the eligibility for a refund based on the aforementioned criteria.

If the refund is approved, we will process it within 2 days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the refunded amount may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's policies.

Exceptional Circumstances:
